McDonnel-Douglas F-4C "Phantom"
The F-4 "Phantom II" was produced in larger numbers than any other American fighters since World War II, and was the first aircraft to be flown by the US Air Force, the US Navy and the US Marine Corp at the same time.
This specific aircraft few nearly 400 missions in Vietnam, and is on display at the turn-off from E Main Street to get to the museum. It is visible from I-40, making the museum very easy to find.
